We were recently invited to the brand new HQ of one of our favourite caterers, VANILLA IN ALL SEASONS, for a VIP tasting evening, and what a fantastic night we had!
The new catering premises boasts a lovely dining area designed especially for client tasting evenings and has a viewing area looking into the pristine kitchens where we could see the team of skilled chefs creating a selection of dishes for us to sample.
After a selection of canapés and a couple of glasses of prosecco it was time to take our table to begin our culinary journey.
The dishes we were treated to were……..
- Whipped goat cheese with pickled veg
- Monkfish wrapped in air dried had & gremata oil.
- Chicken & leek pie with candied beets.
- BBQ rib eye steak with hand cut chips.
- Salted caramel brownies.
The food & service where as fantastic as always, thank you to V&A for a fantastic evening!
